By Train and Bus.
Buses run from the two stations that serve Keswick i.e. Penrith (North Lakes) and Oxenholme (South Lakes). The journey from Penrith is the most direct and takes about 30 minutes. That from Oxenholme is more scenic but takes longer. Both services call at Keswick bus station where you should alight. It is about 7 or 8 minutes walk through the town centre to Greystones, which can be a long way with heavy luggage! There are usually taxis waiting at the bus station, if not there is a freephone for Davies Taxis inside the vestibule of the supermarket.
