Tariff & Availability

All prices are ‘per person per night’ and based on two people sharing a double or twin en-suite room. Price includes breakfast & free parking.

Don’t do breakfast? Room only option is available at a reduced rate – choose your arrival date for prices.

Bed & Breakfast from £52.50 per person per night.

Room only option from £47.00 per person per night.

Single Occupancy – please note we do not have any dedicated single rooms. Double or twin rooms will only be let for single occupancy at our discretion and will be charged from £66.00 per night. Single occupancy of a double room in high season and bank holidays will be charged at full rate.

Whilst every endeavour will be made to secure a specific room requested, we reserve the right to alter such reservations if required. For the avoidance of doubt any alterations will be for a like for like basis. Sorry but we do not accept pets or children under 12 years of age. Click here to view our latest Terms & Conditions.

Check-in times

Rooms will be available from 2:00pm on the day of your arrival, if for any reason you need to be here earlier please contact us so we can make arrangements. No check in after 10:00pm at night. Click here to view our latest Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation

Should you choose to cancel once a booking has been made please notify us as soon as possible, we will endeavour to re-let the room/s on your behalf. If we are successful you will be refunded your deposit/s minus £5 per room administration fee. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival date.
